Well, No need to mention that the "fresh breath of air" (=the majority of members would have been be paid until 9-Aug-2008) is the best PTC joke.
I've read the following posts in PTC Talk forums from a former worker in bux.to support system:
Even if this guy wasn't working for bux.to he has some points:
"For many months, bux.to has not paid their members within the TOS (30 business days for premium members and 60 business days for standard members)"
That's true: Premiums are paid within 70-100 business days and standard within 120-150!! There are several complaints about this TOS violation in forums. On August-08 bux.to is paying members requested... on February-08!! However some members are being paid even and within days. Why bux.to selectively pay its members? For example this member, who received his payment after 3 days! The answer is simple: In this case this member has a "bux.to friendly" blog (look at his signature). Bux.to flatterers have some benefits...
"I believe 99% of their earnings only come from the selling of referrals and premium membership."
That's true: Not only bux.to but 99.99% of PTC sites have sponsored ads. That's why soon or late PTC industry will turn into a scam.
"I invested a little over $535 at bux.to and it took me over 6 months to get it back. Yes, in the end I received my final payment from bux and made a profit but I feel guilty about it because I feel that my profit is some other members loss."
Don't believe bux.to success stories. With $535 you can buy 515 referrals and one year premium membership. If each referral clicks 3 ads per day (only 30% active) you'll get your money back in one month, not in six!
Most bux.to referrals are BOTS (not real users)
How can you explain that 600+ refs "died" (stopped to be active) the same day?
see the admin panel of bux.to :
I was curious to learn approximately the number of members in bux.to. Owners say that site has ~12 million members. I was counting for some days the clicks in their self sponsored ads. Maximum number of clicks for each ad: 200-250000. So, bux.to can't have more than 800-1200000 "human" members (if we accept that the 20-35% of humans is active). The rest 10 million guess what! Are bots!
bux.to is the definition of a ponzi scheme !

[Review] Neobux
Click the banner above to join neobux !
+ Beautiful design
+ Secure login (https) + neobux is McAfee Secured
+ Truly instant payments
+ First payout is very low: $2
+ Pays via paypal (and unverified account holders)
- Golden membership is very expensive and hasn't got any important benefits
Personal opinion :
Neobux is a PTC site with great design and instant payments. Usually there are 4-7 ads per day (it depends on your country, because Neobux has demographic filters). TOS makes a connection between your clicks and your referral clicks. This measure "secures" the activity of all users: inactive users do not get credit from the clicks of their referrals.
According to the owner(s), site has more than 900 security protocols. That means, cheaters (autoclickers, multiple accounts, etc) have absolutely no luck in neobux.
You can request a payment at $2 then $3, $4 ... When you get to $10 then that will be the minimum for all other payouts.
Short description :
Ads duration and rates: 30 sec, $0.01
50% ref bonus ($0.005 per click)
Average number of ads/day (std/premium): 4/9
Pays via alertpay/paypal, $2 (1st) minimum payout.
Payment delay: 5-25 seconds
Shall invest ?
No. Golden membership is very expensive, costs $90. New golden members will not earn 10% commission from their referrals' purchases. Although site is good, the golden membership hasn't got any important benefits anymore.
Latest news :
From now on paypal cashouts will be available and for unverified paypal account holders.

Alertpay
Alertpay is a free to join internet payment service allowing you to send and receive money online. It is a Canadian based company that was established June 19, 2005.
Some people say that AlertPay is a scam because some of the businesses using AlertPay became scams. However, AlertPay is like an online bank, it cannot guarantee that the businesses that use it will remain legitimate. As long as AlertPay pays me my money when I ask for it, I would consider it a good payment processor.
And the interseting things they also have a referral program.
To refer a friend, step by step :
Login to your AlertPay account
Click on the Profile Tab
Select your personalized referral link that you can use in your emails, website, banners and so on.
Each time someone you refer create an AlertPay Premium or Secured account (or upgrade their personal account) and transacts at least $250.00 (sending and/or receiving) through their AlertPay account, you will recieve $5.00. When you refer more then 10 qualified friends, you will receive $10 for each referral.

Paypal
Paypal is the name of an e-commerce business and website that allows people to send and receive money via the internet. It serves as a way for people to pay for things online without revealing their credit card number. It's also an alternative to traditional paper methods such as checks and money orders.
You must first have Paypal ( and AlertPay ) before try to earn money online.
How to register ?
Sign up for a Paypal account.Just click this banner below :

Choose your account type: a Personal Account allows you to shop online and pay quickly, use a credit card without exposing your credit card number and send money to people free of charge; a Premier Account for casual online sellers allows you to accept credit card and other payment types for a low fee as well as sell items all over the Internet; a Business Account is ideal for business owners who do a lot of online transactions and need a merchant account and the ability to do business under their own business name.
Add your bank account information or link your credit card to your Paypal. This makes it easier for you to pay if you want to send money to someone or make a purchase online using your Paypal account.
Choose whom to pay. Select Paypal when checking out online at stores worldwide. You can also send money to just about anyone with an e-mail account. They can use their e-mail account to sign up for a free Paypal account and receive money.
Step4Decide how to pay. You can pay directly from your Paypal account or your linked bank account. You can also just charge it to your credit card but by using Paypal, it keeps your card number from being seen by the other person.
Confirm payment. Once you've made a payment, make sure to check your remaining balance to confirm. Paypal also lists your recent transactions, but they may not show up immediately so it's good to also look at your balance to ensure your payment has been sent or you've received money.
Receive receipt. Paypal usually sends a receipt to your e-mail address as confirmation. It's good to save this information because it will contain the transaction number, the type of transaction. This receipt can be used as proof of the transaction in case it is needed.
Tips : Please ensure that you type the right address www.paypal.com.to prevent fraud and phising..

Get Paid to Review
There are several relatively easy ways to make some money from your blog such as using Google AdSense, selling private ad spots, and writing reviews. The downside with using Google AdSense and trying to sell private ad spots is your blog must have enough traffic to generate the clicks or page impressions.
My guess is most of you aren’t getting hundreds of visitors to your blog each day (not yet at least) including me ! haha, LOL, so you aren’t making much money from those methods of advertising.
So if you haven’t heard of writing reviews on your blog to generate a decent stream of income then you might want to check it out.
It’s actually easier than you think. The first step is to sign up with a blog review network and submit your blog. Some of these companies have rules in place like the age of your blog (at least 6 months old, etc), where it’s hosted (blogspot, wordpress, etc), and page rank. They try to weed out spam blog sites which are usually not very old or of good quality. Make sure you read the TOS before you spend your time applying only to find out you don’t qualify.
Assuming your blog is approved, you can now browse the review marketplace looking for reviews to write about or another option is to wait for someone to approach you. I recommend you be the aggressor and sift through the marketplace so you can start making money a.s.ap.
Once you find a review you’d like to write about and meet the criteria to qualify, just take it and begin. You’ll create your blog post and follow the requirements of the reviewer, then submit it for approval. After it’s approved, you get paid. Pretty easy huh?
There are several companies out there who pay you to write reviews on your blog but only two of them are worth talking about in my opinion. They are Sponsored Reviews and Pay Per Post.
Sponsored Reviews is great because they allow you to search for advertisers directly and bid on jobs. Their bidding system allows you to negotiate rates with advertisers in order to maximize your earnings. They also provide the largest payout of all review networks by only taking a 35% commission for their services. That means you can earn anything from $10 to 500+ for each review. Their user interface is one of the better ones out there and the only drawback to their service is the lack of advertisers. I’m sure it will continue to grow it’s advertising base so they are at least worth a look.
One other perk is their affiliate program. Earn up to $175 per Advertiser and $90 Per Blogger referred. Payouts are based on money spent by the advertiser and money earned by the blogger. See the chart below for payouts. Their average advertiser spends several hundred dollars so most referrals will be worth at least $25 (according to their website).
You’ll then want to put one of their ads on your site or a text link to start taking advantage of their referral bonuses. Can’t hurt to get an ad on your blog right? Get started with Sponsored Reviews now, click this link below :
