Bux.to is a SCAM ??

Well, No need to mention that the "fresh breath of air" (=the majority of members would have been be paid until 9-Aug-2008) is the best PTC joke.

I've read the following posts in PTC Talk forums from a former worker in bux.to support system:

Even if this guy wasn't working for bux.to he has some points:

"For many months, bux.to has not paid their members within the TOS (30 business days for premium members and 60 business days for standard members)"

That's true: Premiums are paid within 70-100 business days and standard within 120-150!! There are several complaints about this TOS violation in forums. On August-08 bux.to is paying members requested... on February-08!! However some members are being paid even and within days. Why bux.to selectively pay its members? For example this member, who received his payment after 3 days! The answer is simple: In this case this member has a "bux.to friendly" blog (look at his signature). Bux.to flatterers have some benefits...

"I believe 99% of their earnings only come from the selling of referrals and premium membership."

That's true: Not only bux.to but 99.99% of PTC sites have sponsored ads. That's why soon or late PTC industry will turn into a scam.

"I invested a little over $535 at bux.to and it took me over 6 months to get it back. Yes, in the end I received my final payment from bux and made a profit but I feel guilty about it because I feel that my profit is some other members loss."

Don't believe bux.to success stories. With $535 you can buy 515 referrals and one year premium membership. If each referral clicks 3 ads per day (only 30% active) you'll get your money back in one month, not in six!

Most bux.to referrals are BOTS (not real users)
How can you explain that 600+ refs "died" (stopped to be active) the same day?

I was curious to learn approximately the number of members in bux.to. Owners say that site has ~12 million members. I was counting for some days the clicks in their self sponsored ads. Maximum number of clicks for each ad: 200-250000. So, bux.to can't have more than 800-1200000 "human" members (if we accept that the 20-35% of humans is active). The rest 10 million guess what! Are bots!

bux.to is the definition of a ponzi scheme !
